We are seeking a full time dedicated and experienced Catering Assistant to join the kitchen team at weatmead hospital(zouki group of company)site located in westmead hospital within Sydney’s west.

Working hours will be
Monday-Friday 6.00am-3.00pm

Skills and experience

• 1+ year’s experience in making sandwiches and fruit platter.
• The ability to support the chefs and the team in a busy kitchen.
• Reliable and punctual
• Empathy and respect towards the kitchen , staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing salads and sandwiches in the main kitchen
• Meal set up and clear down
• Prepare trolleys for meals to be served
• Meal plating and service from various kitchenettes and serveries
• Cleaning of serveries and kitchen area while maintaining a clean working environment at all times
• Adhering to and completing quality assurance documents
• Washing dishes, floors and other areas as scheduled
• Assist the Chef and Chef Manager in preparation and service of food/beverages.
