Sydney CBD based college is seeking an experienced Marketing officer who will be responsible for international student recruitment specifically from Sub continent (Nepal , India , Bangladesh , Pakistan and Sri-lanka).This role will be split across multiple colleges within Australia and the ideal candidate is expected to travel frequently interstate and overseas.
Reporting to the CEO and Business Development Manager, the specific roles and responsibilities of the Marketing Manager is as follows.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO and International Business Development Manager to evaluate growth opportunities and developing international student markets, and identify areas of focus, in particular On-shore Nepal and India market for the international student recruitment.

• Identify, build and manage relationships with agents
• Negotiate, customize, implement and manage agreements and contracts
  with international and on-shore agents.
• Consult with marketing staff to develop and implement initiatives aimed at
  promoting the College to prospective students, agents and institutions
  within specific countries and/or regions.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of strategies aimed at improving
  the admission processes for international students.
• Handle escalated and complex international student cases.
• Perform any other duties as required and as appropriate for the
  incumbent’s level of competence.
  Skills and Experience
• Relevant working experience in education sector that demonstrates the administration roles of an RTO or Higher Education provider or Education agency
• Multi language capability (Nepali is preferred)
• Must be willing to Travel (Locally and Internationally)
• Strong management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks;
• Demonstrate professionalism by maintaining composure during peak hours;
• Available for a minimum of 20 hours per week
